The annual survey of Stanton Chase in Bulgaria shows that attracting talents and retaining key employees of the company will be the main priority for employers in 2016.
Stanton Chase International is one of the top 10 Executive Search firms globally, operating in 43 countries with 72 offices. This year the Bulgarian office of the company celebrates its 10th anniversary in Bulgaria.
As the survey of the company in previous years shows, the fundamentals of a successful business in 2016 will be to maintain a steady cash flow
(45% of respondents in 2015 and 59% of executives surveyed in 2014). The study shows that this year for top managers in Bulgaria primary focus will be employees‘ retention (41%) and attracting talents (51%). An interesting outcome is how CEOs find successful talents – top managers tend to identify key employees for his company mainly through their personal and professional network (63%), as well as recommendations and referrals (62%). Some rely on a partner for executive search (45%), professional networks (42%) or ads (40%).
Stanton Chase CEO Survey was taken at the end of 2015 and shows the general trends in the economy, business and personal motivation among top executives in the Bulgaria. It represents the opinions of the top managers about current business atmosphere in the country and in their companies as well. Stanton Chase asks many interesting questions about shortage of leadership talent, what motivates top managers to leave their current employer, how they keep up with the trends of the market, etc.
