Retail Parks in Bulgaria Enter a Phase of More Dynamic Development

Retail Chain Zora Joins Retail Park Varna

In its latest report on the retail segment in Bulgaria, the global real estate advisor Colliers, reveals that retail parks in the country have entered a phase of more dynamic development. A suitable example of that is Retail Park Varna. During the last few months, it has been enhancing its concept by adding to its list of tenants prestigious brands, such as JYSK – the international chain for home furniture and accessories, and Dominico, offering a wide variety of home and garden products.

The latest addition to Retail Park Varna is the popular Bulgarian retail chain Zora. Its store will be 1253 sq. m. big and will be the chain’s first in Varna to introduce an entirely different concept. In the year of its 25th jubilee Zora will present the new store, providing to the customers more comfort and a large diversity of products that will turn shopping into pleasure. The official opening is planned for the second half of September 2016.

The retail mix of Retail Park Varna, created by Colliers, also includes the single location of Decathlon sports shop in Varna, the only IKEA in Eastern Bulgaria with its first Order and Collection Point in the country, one of the biggest Bulgarian toy store chains – Comsed, Martineli – the popular furniture brand, and the Bulgarian cuisine restaurant BMS.

The newest modern shopping destination in Varna is easily accessible, located at the intersection of Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. and Republika Blvd. –  3 km away from the city center on Hemus Highway, connecting Sofia with the Black Sea Coast. With its convenient location, efficient layouts, smart tenant mix and exciting environment, Retail Park Varna offers a unique shopping experience for the whole family. The exclusive consultant of the project is Colliers International.
