AmCham Letter to the Public Procurement Ageny related to an issue with the implementation of the new Public Procurement Act

Position paper

Based on AmCham member-companies feedback related to the issue with the application of Art.54, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, on January 24th, 2017, AmCham submitted a letter to the Public Procurement Agency requesting a methodological instruction on the application of the legal rules in question.
