At the end of March, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko will surprise guests with another limited-edition culinary experience in collaboration with Bacchus Magazine.
From 27 March until 2 April, the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant, Come Prima, will present Week of the Bulgarian futuristic cuisine, introducing a three-course menu tailor-made entirely from ingredients harvested within the local region and completed by a sophisticated assortment of beverages.
The meal will commence on a light note with the rich flavour of brined Pirin mountain trout, served on a carpaccio of locally grown red beet. Following this will be a succulent pan-seared pork chop, served with bean ragout and a Bulgarian Merlot reduction. As a sweet ending, guests will have the opportunity to taste a delectable layered pumpkin cheesecake, topped with a crunch of lokum, nuts and biscuits and wild strawberry coulis.
