In Fall 2018, for the first time in Bulgaria will be held National Engagement Survey with the aim to help companies which are interested to understand what the levels of engagement among their employees are and what could be done to improve these levels. Participants will benefit also from the possibility to benchmark their results with other employers in their business sector and region.
Companies from different business sectors, operating in Bulgaria, are invited to participate and to take advantage of the results.
The Survey is organized by JobTiger, Audit Advice Associates and ICT Media.
The organizers are using own methodology, based on the global researches and practices in engagement. The main goal is to ensure the highest level of reliability of the results and providing organizations with timely feedback.
In the National Engagement Survey, organizers put emphasize on organization environmental, cultural and interpersonal factors, which are prerequisite for higher level of employee engagement, irrespective of their position in the company.
The survey starts in August with registration of companies and will end in December 2018 with presenting the results to the participants. In January 2019 the results will be published in specialized edition, distributed among ICT Media subscribers, the business subscribers of Capital newspaper and visitors of HR Industry 2019.
