HR and Business Leaders Summit – has become a center of training and discussions related to the focus on employees

On 2nd of October 2018 was held The Future of Employee Experience HR and Business Leaders Summit – one day international conference organized by JobTiger – a company specialized in complex HR services. The event was sponsored by the global company for online payments Paysafe.

HR and Business Leaders Summit (HRBLS) is the large-scaled follow-up of HR Weekend and Business Leaders and HR Meetup that JobTiger has been developing since 2003. In all of the events the focus is on sharing a real experience and practices. The first edition of the conference was attended by 160 HR specialists and managers.

More and more companies have adopted the Employee centric approach and practices and admit that their employees are the most valued capital for companies and Bulgaria is not being an exception from this trend. Meanwhile, the labor market is facing a challenge related to the lack of people, no matter of their qualification. Accordingly, this is the main reason the conference to be based on the need of business the focus of the recruitment and HR specialists to move rapidly on people’s development which is closely related to knowledge and skills increasement as well as growth of their motivation and engagement and the development of company’s culture that guarantee the constant pursuit of result improving.

HRBLS has captured the most popular and current world trends presented from leading specialists from Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Spain and the USA who can not only talk about these practices but also have a real practical experience in the field. This was also the reason for great preconditions for beneficial discussions during and after the workshops.
