2018 was a highly successful year for MBL’s Office Agency. The tenant and landlord representation teams of the company facilitated different types of office space transactions (new lease acquisitions, lease re-gears and renewals, freehold acquisitions etc.) for a combined total 50,000 square meters or more than 1/3 of the transacted office space during the year.

MBL’s real estate professionals have provided services to a wide range of clients including multinational and local companies spanning different industries from IT and BPO to financial and logistics services.
