EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program is an annual selection and evergreen executive education program that identifies a select group of high-potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show real potential to scale — and then helps them do it. In addition to joining an elite network of the European best high-growth companies, Entrepreneurial Winning Women also participate in a customized executive education program with year-round activities designed to help women entrepreneurs scale big and become market leaders.


Entrepreneurial Winning Women are coached on the five crucial actions needed to scale their companies and exposed to entrepreneurs, investors and advisors who can help them:

  • Think big and be bold
  • Work on the business, rather than in it
  • Establish key advisory networks
  • Build a public profile
  • Evaluate financing for expansion



What are the eligibility criteria for the Entrepreneurial Winning Women program?

  • High potential women entrepreneurs/founders of technology-based or digital enterprises or an innovative enterprises disrupting industries and creating new business models.
  • Companies need to be at least 2 years old, headquartered in Europe and have revenues higher than EUR 1 million.
  • Only for-profit businesses may apply
  • Franchisors are eligible but franchisees are not
