Starting August 2019, Ekaterina Karpuzova is General Manager of Bayer Bulgaria EOOD. She will combine the new position with the one of Country Commercial Lead Pharmaceuticals for Bulgaria. As of July 2019, Zhecho Murzov is the Country Commercial Lead for Bayer Crop Science in Bulgaria.
Gabor Raviczki, who was Country Commercial Lead Crop Science Division and General Manager Bulgaria at Bayer, took over the position Head of Customer Marketing Crop Science for Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova Country Group. Pascal Cassecuelle remains Country Division Head of the combined Bayer and Monsanto companies for the Romania, Bulgaria and Republic of Moldova Country Group.
Ekaterina Karpuzova has started her career in Bayer as Project Manager in 2007. Later, she spent three years in Berlin, where she was part of the Central and Eastern European Business Operations team in the Pharmaceuticals Division and two more years as Chief Operating Officer for the Pharmaceuticals Division in Slovakia. In 2016, Ekaterina returned to Bulgaria as Country Commercial Lead Pharmaceuticals. She holds a Мaster’s degree in Macroeconomics from the University of Augsburg and has completed an MBA Marketing program at City University of Seattle.
Zhecho Murzov started working for Bayer Bulgaria in 2004 as a Sales Representative in the Crop Science Division. Over the years, he has held various positions at Bayer Crop Science in the area of marketing, teams lead and sales management. From 2014 to 2019, Zhecho was the Head of Sales for Bayer Crop Science Bulgaria, and as of July 2019 he is appointed the Country Commercial of Crop Science Division for Bulgaria. He holds a Мaster’s degree in Аgronomy from the University of Forestry in Sofia and different diplomas in the fields of agriculture, marketing and management.
