On April 2nd, 2020, the Council of Ministers submitted to Parliament a Bill for Amendment and Supplement of the Underground Natural Resources Act, signature № 002-01-15.

Members are invited to provide comments and proposals on the Bill with a view to preparing an AmCham position paper on the proposed legislation.
