Telenor continues its “Stay at Home” campaign by supporting the measures for fighting the spread of the novel coronavirus and takes the necessary steps to ensure its clients can connect with their loved ones and to manage their business safely.
Until April 30, all Telenor business clients will be able to subscribe for selected digital services and applications and get the first three monthly fees free. The offer is valid for the services Interactive Voice Menu, Cloud PBX, Hartii.online, Otpuski.com and e-Shop Builder.
The offer is available for all Telenor business customers who start a new 12 or 24-month subscription for the services they want to use.
Among the services offered by Telenor, are Interactive Voice Menu (IVR) and Cloud PBX which can improve the remote customer support through the phone. Both services don’t require additional expenses for support and can be a successful step towards remote customer service. Additionally, Telenor’s e-Shop Builder service allows quick, easy, and secure setup for starting online sales.
The services Hartii.online and Otpuski.com can prove really useful for the administrative departments of small and medium-sized businesses. The former allows quick and easy exchange of invoices and accounting documents, making physical meetings between employees unnecessary. In turn, Otpuski.com facilitates and automates the vacation request processes for all employees, and after the trial period is over, subscribers can use 50% discount from the service’s monthly fee.
Telenor business customers can also use a free SMS package, that allows them to send messages to all their employees, included in the respective group. The activation of this package is possible through the business portal at https://business.telenor.bg.
More information on this and other Telenor offers is available at the official website www.telenor.bg, via a call to a short number and at any operator shop.
