А1 Extends the Digital Solidarity Campaign Until the End of the State of Emergency in the Country

А1 continues to help its clients to cope with the period of social isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic and extends the deadlines of the digital solidarity initiatives announced in March. Until the end of the state of emergency here – 13th of May, Xplore TV and A1 digital TV subscribers will have free access to more than 200 TV channels. Until the 31st of May, A1 will provide a one-time bonus of 10 000 MB mobile internet of maximum speed for every bill, paid through the mobile app My A1 and the portal My A1 on A1.bg. The clients can rely on A1 that it will ensure the free traffic of the platform Ucha.se until April 13th.

This initiatives are part of the digital solidarity campaign of the company. With it A1 not only helps the clients with its digital technologies, but also with direct financial assistance to the fight against COVID-19. A1 donated BGN 220,000 to Alexandrovska Hospital for the purchase of respiratory devices. With two even bigger donation campaigns A1 actively helps the Ministry of Health. For each payment through My A1 the company transfers BGN 1 to the special account of the MH and for each payment through A1 Wallet – an amount equal to 1% of the transaction.

A1 once again calls its customers to use safer and easier-to-use digital self-service channels, in order to reduce the risk of contamination. However, most of A1 stores continue to work with enhanced control of the compliance of the precautionary measures.
