Easter holidays are important for everyone, but this year this turned out to be especially true for TBI Bank. What could be the reason, you may ask, for joy in these gloomy times?
One day before Orthodox Easter Capital, Bulgaria’s most influential business magazine, published its annual K10 ranking. It’s a comprehensive list of the banks in the country based on several indicators – and considered the benchmark of the industry.
And TBI Bank is ranked number one in the Efficiency and Profitability category! The bank has been traditionally strong in it, in fact leader in three of the last four years. It dropped to second last year, so, in 2019, TBI Bank’s team worked hard to strengthen its business lines, create more value for the customers, and follow its unique phygital strategy. What a great way for these efforts to pay off!
“Being ranked number one in Efficiency and Profitability by Capital is a recognition of a strong team performance. The way we are able to deliver such remarkable results in an increasingly competitive market, shows that we are trusted by more and more satisfied customers which is what truly matters at the end of the day”, says Petr Baron, CEO of TBI.
