Park Lane Office Center Sings Rental Agreement with Allianz Holding

Park Lane Office Center sings rental agreement with Allianz Holding – the largest deal on the Office Rental Market in 2020. As of mid-2021, the state-of-the-art office building Park Lane Office Center is going to house in one place all companies who belong to Allianz Bulgarian Holding, Park Lane Developments, the project’s asset management company, reported.

The offices of Allianz Bulgaria will occupy an area of 6,000 sq. m and three floors at Park Lane Office Center located in 16, Srebarna Str. in Sofia. Each floor of the building has a total area of 2,200 sq. m and allows for creative interiors design aligned with the company’s corporate identity.

Modern customer service centers will occupy the ground floor including a bank office, an insurance and pension security office, as well as a center for registration of damages and inspections of automobiles.

The building’s location close to Paradise Center, the excellent visibility from a few key streets and the spacious green park outside the structure spreading over 4,000 sq. m are among the decisive factors which have determined the choice for Allianz Bulgaria’s new offices.

State-of-the-art technology used during the construction of the office center including its special UV system for air disinfection creates a comfortable and safe working environment for all employees and clients of the building.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Park Lane Office Center is a modern business building with first-class office space located at 5-minutes’walk from Vitosha Metro Station and Paradise Center. In addition to the key location, Park Lane Office Center’s key advantages include the larger than usual clear ceiling height – 3.10 m and its large windows (2.30 m wide and 3.10 m high) letting in plenty of daylight which is vital for work process comfort. The chief contractor for construction operations is Pipe System. The project is financed by Raiffeisenbank.
The concept is the work of Planning architectural studio with leading architect Ilian Iliev – a company that has designed some of the largest commercial and business buildings in Bulgaria, along with Chapman Taylor from the UK, a world leader in public building design.

Interior design has been entrusted to VIArchitects – an architectural bureau with diverse experience in international projects of business and residential properties.

The team of Park Lane Developments is lined up with experts boasting strong experience in real estate. Eng. Albena Petrova is the technical director of the company. She has 20 years of experience in developing projects for construction and management of office, commercial and residential buildings. She has worked for eight years, including as a managing director, at the German construction company Linder Bulgaria – a subsidiary of Linder AG, which developed the project and built the largest office park in Bulgaria, Business Park Sofia, on an area 200,000 sq. m.
