Borislav Genov, currently Chief Executive Officer of UniCredit Consumer Financing Romania, will be the new Director of Retail Banking and a member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank.
The appointment will take effect from May 1, following the approval by the Bulgarian Central Bank. Borislav will replace Giacomo Volpi, who will continue his career in the Group as UniCredit Bank Hungary Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

From May 1, Sandra Vojnovic, currently a member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Serbia in charge of Strategy and Finance Division, will head the Finance Department and will become Member of the MB of UniCredit Bulbank after receiving regulatory approvals.
Sandra will replace Jasna Mandac, who will continue his career in the Group as Zagrebačka banka d.d CFO in Croatia, where she began her career at UniCredit in 1997.

His first experience in the UniCredit Group was in 2002 as an intern in Bulbank, and since 2006 is a member of the start-up team for UniCredit Clarima Bulgaria.
Starting with 2007 he has held various managerial positions such as Sales Manager, Head of POS Business, Non-Banking Business Division, and since 2012 he has been appointed Chief Business Officer and Member of UniCredit Consumer Financing Bulgaria Management Board.
Boris graduated at Bocconi University in Milan.
She started her banking career in 2004 as Retail Loan Analyst and then, from 2005, she kept on working on USAID TAMP Project aimed at introducing tax system reforms in the Republic of Srpska.
She held then various positions, including Planning and Control Analyst, Planning and Control Director and Chief Financial Officer of UniCredit Banja Luka.
Sandra holds a diploma in Financial Management at the University of Banja Luka.
