As a part of its strategy to offer access to high quality fixed services to more users, Vivacom continues to expand its coverage in the north parts of Bulgaria. The company has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of Networx Bulgaria EOOD – one of the suppliers with well-developed network and distribution in the region.

Networx Bulgaria EOOD offers internet and TV for residential clients, as well as several services for business clients, including video surveillance, equipment co-location, computer and IT services, cloud services and more. The operator is present in almost 70 settlements in the districts of Ruse, Razgrad, Silistra, Montana, Targovishte, Lovech, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, Pleven, Vidin, Dobrich, Sofia City and Sofia Province.

With this new acquisition Vivacom will combine its years of experience in maintaining and offering high quality telecom services with the well-developed local network of Networx Bulgaria EOOD to provide access to new technologies to even more users.

The deal is subject to all necessary approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021.
