Schneider Electric Launches Supplementary Program for Employee Support

Schneider Electric, leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has announced the launch of a supplementary program in support of its employees and their families. It is based on partnership with ComPsych® Corporation, the world’s largest provider of employee assistance programs, and offers free advice, legal and financial counselling on personal and professional crises and issues.

All advice and consultations, part of the program, are delivered by proven experts in their fields. The service is accessible for any member of the Schneider Electric Bulgaria team whenever necessary in connection with possible emotional, financial or legal difficulties or problems related to work and daily life alike.

That is why we decided to upgrade our program with extra benefits for employees, giving them the opportunity and access to free expert advice and consultations of various kinds. The employee support program includes consultations of different duration on relevant issues such as emotional ones: anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, life changes, conflicts in relationships and with the partner; legal: divorce, contracts, inheritance planning, wills and trusteeship; financial: pension planning, taxes, relocation, mortgages, insurance, budgeting, debt and others.
