Host/Hostess

• Greet and welcome guests at the Rooftop Bar
• Maintain strong guest relations with regular guests, promoting the Rooftop Bar and the Hotel
• Ensure that the working area and station are stocked with necessary products and equipment and kept clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote menus accordingly
• Resolves guest issues promptly and efficiently
• Good knowledge of English
• Full time jobs (40 hours per week) or part time, works on second shift


Waiter/Breakfast waiter

• Provides efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service, serving and setting tables. Shows excellent product knowledge including food and beverages served in the outlet
• Accurately checks and picks-up all food and beverage orders
• Serves guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Related experience in hotel or restaurant is a plus
• Full time jobs (40 hours per week), works on shifts incl. early or late shift


Receptionist

• Checks in the arriving guest and checks out the departing according to the Sense Hotel Sofia procedures and standards.
• Upon check in, guest registers and assigns rooms.
• Upon check out, processes the guest check out procedures. Receives payment from guest.
• Handles all front office cashier’s transactions, taking room payment and exchanging foreign currency according to the procedures.
• Answers all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner
• Very good knowledge of English language, previous experience in hotel is a plus
• Strong team player
• Full time jobs (40 hours per week), works on shifts incl. night shift


Chef de Partie

• Responsible for the production of all culinary items of premium quality, maintaining hygienic standards and practices. Actively participates in the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets international standards and customer’s expectations
• Prepares salads, cold appetizers and desserts, sauces, soups and hot entrees that are included in the menu
• Monitors the expire dates of the products in the section
• Team player – Works closely with all colleagues,
• Related experience in hotel or restaurant is a plus

Kitchen Steward

• To supply clean and sanitary dishes, glasses and pots on time during operations hours. Cleans kitchen in accordance with hotel’s policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean kitchen environment by assisting kitchen staff by following standard cleaning practices
• Assists in the breakdown of banquet functions, and washes dishes from functions
• Full time jobs (40 hours per week) or part time, works on shifts


Room Attendant

• Cleaning of the hotel rooms and the public areas, changing of the bed linen, setting the rooms with amenities, informational leaflets according to the given regulations and standards from the Housekeeping Manager; responsible for the comfort of the guests.
• Responsible for the strict log up of all lost guest items in the hotel rooms and in the hotel spaces.
• Prepares the needed inquires for the working process.
• Communication skills, Team player, Responsible to given tasks.
