Nevena Radlova Makes Partner at CMS Sofia

Nevena Radlova, Head of Competition and IP at CMS in Bulgaria, has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Commercial / Technology, Media, IP and Competition practice.

Nevena is a skilled commercial lawyer with more than 17 years’ professional experience, of which she has spent 13 at CMS. Nevena has been the regional coordinator of the Competition practice group at CMS CEE for the past four years. She is a recognised market leader ranked in Chambers & Partners for her competition expertise and in Legal 500 for her commercial, competition and IP work.

Her current promotion comes only three years after she was promoted to counsel in 2019, as a result of her hard work, excellent leadership skills and the rapid development of CMS Sofia’s Commercial, Competition and IP practices.

I am honoured and excited to be taking the role of partner from 1 May 2022. I would like to thank each of the partners at CMS Sofia and in the CEE TMIC / Commercial practice group, all my colleagues in Sofia and in the wider network, our clients, contacts, and friends, each and every one I have had the pleasure of working with and learning from over the years. I sincerely hope that my promotion will deliver a clear message that CMS aims to help our clients’ businesses in Bulgaria and in the region on a daily basis, with our international platform and know-how, our deep sector focus and expertise, and with true commitment to developing trusted relationships and looking to the future together with our clients.”
