25 Companies Were Present at Varna Job Fair on May 14

More than 25 companies were present their job opportunities that are available to Ukrainian refugees at the 2nd Varna Job Fair organized under the United with Ukraine Initiative. There were companies from the IT, BPO, Tourism of all over the country attended the event.

“The film production is the main pillar in this joint initiative due to the fact that for a very first time Bulgaria welcomes sich a large-scale project. They will require extras. Their estimates show that they will need more than 500 people in the beginning. The Job Fair is open for Bulgarians, Ukrainians, and all people that need jobs. Our engagement as community is to lend hand to the fled from the war in Ukraine people. However, Bulgarian language courses are needed and they should be free for those people,” said Daniel Kiryakov at a press briefing.

“In the moment that we offer is mainly mineral water bottling operator positions at our company, as well as operators of spring waters, and other products. As many people we find, the better. We could organize trainings in Bulgarian languages. Some of the Ukrainian citizens already speak some Bulgarian too. We shall secure the accommodation of the selected candidates,” said Miglena Mladenova, HR Business Partner at Devin JSC.
