Retail Market Overview H1 2022

The modern shopping centres stood at stable positions, resulting into limited available space and respectively to slower absorption rate. For the first half of the year this indicator reached 4,600 sqm, being 50% decline, compared to the second half of 2022 and the lowest value over the last 5 years.

The strong development of the retail parks segment in the last two years led to 100% occupancy of the projects in the capital – a reason to some of them to plan expansion.
