Investment Market Overview H1 2022

In the first half of 2022 the total volume of investment transactions was almost EUR 67 mln – higher, compared to the same period of 2021, still lower than the levels before the pandemic. The war in Ukraine delayed the completion of some transactions, which led to a total volume reduction.

Despite the interrupted dynamics in the first quarter, retail space continued to attract investor attention – a trend that is expected to last. The breakdown by sectors was as follows: 41% of the volume was attributable to retail space transactions, followed by industrial and logistics space (23%), office space (14%), mixed-use space (13%) and development land (9%).
