Office Market Overview H1 2022

Demand continued its upward trajectory – a trend dating from Q3 2021. Total take-up reached 90,470 sqm – 29% growth y-o-y.
Net take-up amounted to 45,910 sqm. The recovery of this indicator to pre-pandemic levels continued, but at a slower pace compared to the total take-up.

38% of all registered transactions were due to relocations, 34% to contract renewals, 14% to expansion of existing companies, 10% to pre-leases and 4% to new entries on the market.

The main sectors, driving the bulk of demand, were IT and outsourcing (44%), professional services (29%), pharmaceuticals (13%), retail (5%), financial services (4%) and media (3%).
