The New Managers Programme, led by the lecturer – Tim Kemp begins this November. Tim is a specialist with over thirty years of experience. He will use his extensive experience to help new managers in their professional development.

The program is divided into three modules, which will be focused on a variety of topics, some of which are:

• the role and importance of the manager, and the art of delegating,
• dealing with unhelpful emotions,
• defining and measuring meaningful performance metrics,
• dealing with a diverse and multi-generational workforce

There are two options to join the New Managers Program:

• The first group stars 3 November 2022 or
• 9 November 2022
