After a 3-year hiatus, the Effie Index that ranks the performance of agencies from around the world is back! In the new edition, Noble Graphics ranks 31st among the most effective independent advertising agencies in the world and 12th in Europe. For the first time, an agency from Bulgaria occupies such a high place in the ranking, which makes it even more valuable and significant.
