On the brink of the second half of 2023, we are once again asking employers across the country about planned changes to salary levels, benefits and bonuses for the next six months. We are surveying companies across all business sectors to explore market sentiment on new pay and benefits developments, and the impact of external factors on these dynamics.

This study aims to identify and measure the changes in the business that have occurred in the first half of 2023, as well as make a projection of the upcoming trends of the second half of 2023.

Salary and Additional Benefits Trends Research (SATR) is a regular project of all countries in the Manpower South East cluster. The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 5 minutes to complete. Participants who include their e-mail address when completing the survey will have the opportunity to receive the results before they are officially published.
