Lion’s Head Deal with Deloitte is Among the Largest Leases on the Bucharest Office Space Market

Oregon Park will continue to provide office spaces to the company and its more than 2,000 employees

Based in Sofia, Lion’s Head is a strategic investor in high-end real estate and office buildings in Central and Eastern Europe, including iconic buildings such as Megapark and Polygraphia Office Center in Sofia and Oregon Park in Bucharest, announced the extension of the lease agreement with the three Deloitte service centers in Oregon Park in Bucharest. The recent renewal of the contract for 12,500 sq.m. is one of the most important deals in the local market for the second quarter of 2023.

Oregon Park is Lion’s Head’s main asset in Romania, comprising three Class A office buildings providing approximately 70,000 sq. m. of office spaces and 12,000 sq. m. of landscaped areas.

Located in the most important business area of Bucharest – Floreasca–Barbu Văcărescu, Oregon Park has made a real commitment to sustainability through zero carbon footprint technologies, energy efficient building systems and recyclable materials, for which the complex received the BREEAM Excellent certificate as well as the WELL standard Health & Safety. Among the tenants in Oregon Park are successful local and international companies incl. Oracle, BNP Paribas, Philips, Gewiss.

More than 2,000 employees of Deloitte’s three service centers – Deloitte Tehnologie, Deloitte Support Services and Deloitte Shared Services – use office space in Oregon Park, making the consulting company’s divisions one of the major tenants in the key Lion’s Head complex in the region.

The three service centers located in Oregon Park provide professional IT, audit, tax and legal services to support Deloitte’s clients in key markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
