Organizational Change at the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria

Effective November 1st, 2023, AmCham Bulgaria Committees’ coordination is managed by Tatyana Vladimirova, Office Manager, while their work on content and alignment with the Chamber’s priorities – by Ivan Mihaylov, CEO, and Daniel Kiryakov, Communications and Public Affairs Manager. Contact details of the AmCham Bulgaria Team remains the same. This roles redistribution will be in force until further decision about the future management of that function. AmCham Bulgaria CEO Ivan Mihaylov has already informed formally all the Committees Co-chairs about it and has received their understanding and support.

The main goal of this change is based on the CEO’s decision that the coordination and the content efficiency of the Chamber’s Committees are to be upgraded to a new, higher level, in parallel with the development of different professional and expert communities within the organization, and their group competence to be consolidated in favor of most of the members and the represented industries in AmCham Bulgaria.

As of October 31st, 2023, Stephania Semova departed with the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and will follow new paths for personal career development.
