The Tax Update 2024 and preparation for SAF-T training will take place on 18 January 2024 in a face-to-face format in Sofia. It will cover the following topics:

• Changes in the VAT legislation 2024 as well as expected digitalization in the coming years, including SAF-T in Bulgaria and VAT in the Digital Age reform in EU;
• Latest news around CIT legislation for 2024 including comments on Global Minimum Tax in Bulgaria and other tax reforms in EU;
• Transfer pricing update (Public CbC rules, Transfer pricing Directive, Recent practices of the NRA);

The training will be led in Bulgarian.
