Unlock Your Power – Meet the AmCham Coaches

Following our internal call for coaches, we have the pleasure to present you these professionals from AmCham Bulgaria membership that voluntarily take part in the first edition of Unlock Your Power. This is the third project under the Empower Her 2024 Program of our Chamber. It aims to support women in business to advance further their professional & leadership growth, refining clear and actionable plans as an outcome of the coaching interactions. These voluntarily coaches will donate a series of up to 6 (six) pro-bono coaching sessions to female leaders from AmCham member companies.

Ekaterina Kararizova, DEVIN

My purpose as a coach is  to help people rethink the boundaries and set free their true potential

I am an experienced professional and coach who helps leaders and their teams to unleash potential and performance. My solution-based approach will guide you with questions and feedback along our coaching journey. I don’t have the answers – you have them. You are the gatekeeper of your talent and motivation.

Together we will work to meet your needs and goals. We will look beyond the limitations of the restraining believes and anchor success in your strengths and authentic self.

Kristina Ivanova, TELUS International Europe

Chair of the Board of Directors of TELUS International Europe Kristina  is a highly experienced C-level executive known for her leadership in driving the company’s European operations. With 17 years at TELUS International, she has overseen a team of over 17,000 employees across 15+ locations, gradually taking on more responsibilities and holding various leadership roles.

Her extensive experience in management and customer relations with clients from diverse industries is noteworthy. Prior to joining TELUS International, she held management positions in both Bulgarian and foreign companies in the tourism sector.

In addition to her work responsibilities, Kristina is a strong advocate of corporate social responsibility initiatives and is a member of the TELUS International Community Board in Bulgaria, which annually funds NGO projects with $100,000.

Additionally, she is dedicated to empowering female leaders as a member of the Women in Leadership Council and has been a preferred mentor to women in leadership positions across our global organization. She also is a Co-founder and Vice President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.


Sven Joos, Ingram Micro Bulgaria

Sven’s career spans 30 years of senior regional and global management roles in human resources, organization effectiveness and communications for companies such as Ingram Micro, Brady Corporation, Coca-Cola and Alcon.  Today, Sven is the Executive Director, Human Resources, Global Business Services for Ingram Micro, based in Sofia.  In this role he drives people strategy. leadership development and workforce engagement. 

Much of Sven’s experience has evolved around organizational and individual change, redesign of business models and leadership transitions in an international and multicultural context.  He has led multiple executive assessment, coaching and mentoring initiatives for global organizations in technology, FMCG and service industries. 

Sven has a keen interest in expanding and stimulating leadership in an ever changing and increasingly more complex world.

Sven is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CTI. He holds a Master in Psychology degree from the University of Gent and a Post Graduate in Business Economics from the University of Leuven. He also completed the Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan.

Yoanna Yordanova, HR Consulting Partners

Yoana Yordanova – 16 years in Sales, Marketing and HR consulting 4 of them being part of the Adecco Group. She is a Managing partner for HR Consulting Partners – a startup consulting firm, specializing in talent acquisition, talent development, strategy design, organizational redesign, improvement of HR processes, and U Matter Corporate Wellness – a company providing employee wellness solutions to corporate clients.

Since 2022, Yoana has been part of the Erickson International Coaching community, and in 2023, she obtained a diploma in Solution-Focused Business Coaching from Erickson.

Zlatina Kushkieva, HR Consulting Partners

Zlatina Kushkieva is a solution-focused coach who brings over 25 years of diverse experience in human resources management, management consulting, and sales for multinational companies across Central Eastern Europe, on both local and regional senior management roles. Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified by the International Coach Federation. Business Administration graduate. Managing Partner of HR Consulting Partners | U Matter Corporate Wellness.

Daniela has 24 years in Project Management, Commercial Development, Team Facilitation, Coaching, and Training.  Two Fortune 500 employers + international experience in the U.S., Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Central Asia. Currently Partner of Menedzsmentor, Hungary, a boutique consultancy specializing in organizational, leadership, and talent development, specifically focusing on behavioral change strategies for high performance and change management. Coaching Diplomas from the Academy of Deep Transformation, Erickson Coaching Intl, Embodiment Unlimited, as well as various trainings in (trans)personal methods of help.
