On March 13, 2025, the annual “Responsible Company – Responsible Employees” awards were presented for the 11th consecutive year. The initiative recognizes Bulgarian companies that actively promote and develop workplace philanthropy, encouraging employee participation in charitable campaigns, volunteer initiatives, and skill-based contributions for social good.
In 2024, employees of the awarded companies donated over 2.3 million BGN and contributed nearly 90,000 hours of volunteer work. Companies provided employees with opportunities to donate directly from their salaries, supported their participation in volunteering initiatives, and in some cases, even matched or tripled employee donations to maximize impact.
Several AmCham Bulgaria members were among this year’s distinguished companies, earning recognition for their outstanding efforts:

The award levels are determined by objective criteria, including employee participation rates, the diversity of CSR programs, and the mechanisms companies use to encourage and sustain workplace giving.
AmCham Bulgaria congratulates its members on this well-deserved recognition and commends their ongoing dedication to fostering a culture of social responsibility.
