Last Sunday evening, July 6, 2025, was full of great moments and shared memories that made the 28th AmCham Bulgaria Independence Day Celebration a true success. More than 1,800 people gathered on the green grass of Sofia Tech Park to celebrate the 249th Independence Day of the U.S.A., united by spirit, mood, and even dress code with your red-white-blue outfits. We all enjoyed a mix of live music performances, tasty BBQ and burgers, conversations over a glass of beer or a soft drink. For another year, it was possible thanks to our sponsors and partners, as well as the people who were engaged with the overall organization of the party, and most of all – thanks to our guests whose positive energy and mood made it a remarkable Branding America event.
On Sunday we had it all: for a second consecutive year we had our Fourth of July Parade, Kids’ Corner – full of fun and noise; we listened to three live concerts: starting with the Junior Band lining-up together with Majorette Ensemble Astrea, the amazing Elena Sirakova and her Band, and having as headliners – Kerana & Kosmonavtite.
We would also like to thank all people who have bought raffle tickets. The overall amount collected, which will be donated to For the Good Foundation and the Firefly Project, is BGN 12,560.
You can download your photos from here and from here.
Also, we would appreciate it if you could share your photos on Facebook by tagging #AmChamBG or #AmCham + The Bulgarian Flag, and in LinkedIn by tagging @AmCham Bulgaria.
THANK YOU ALL

Our Cause – Firefly Project

FIREFLY is a fundamental change in the relations in children’s healthcare that gives a real example of what society expects from the institutions. This is a real photo of how the Dobrich Hospital ward looks after its renovation earlier this year.
Since 2022, Project FIREFLY has created a healing environment in children’s hospital wards that transforms hospitals in a way that they don’t look like hospitals. After their reformation, the hospital facilities become more friendly, colorful, and cleaner, full of light that nurtures empathy, support and cooperation among medics, parents and child patients in the process of healing.
