Today, I can report that the state of AmCham Bulgaria is strong – and getting even stronger. 

Over the past year, we have advanced our mission on several fronts: impact, value to our members, and business climate change. We elevated the Chamber’s voice on the issues that matter for the country as a whole: euro adoption and competitiveness, investment and innovation, human capital, digitalization and AI, energy and defense supply chains. We did it the AmCham way: with data, dialogue, and delivery. 

Our committees – ESG, Digital Economy & AI, Defense, Human Capital & Education, Rule of Law – moved it from discussion to concrete action, producing practical outputs, convening high-level dialogues, and opening doors across government, business, and international partners. We turned our 30^th Anniversary Celebration into a platform and a stronger brand that lives beyond a single year. 

Most importantly, we served you – our members. We brought the right people to the table, facilitated deal flow inside the community, and created access. 

In the year ahead, we will double down on three priorities: 

• Impact with purpose – Focused, strong policy engagement where AmCham can uniquely lead and deliver real change. 

• Member value at scale – More targeted programs, stronger committee roadmaps, and clear value-based for your membership. 

• Growth with discipline – Strategic partnerships, selective international outreach, and operational excellence that compounds our impact. 

Our compass remains the same: a competitive Bulgaria anchored in transatlantic partnership. We will keep building bridges – to institutions, to investors, to ideas – so that our members can conquer markets and seize opportunities.
