On December 31st, Hilton Sofia invites you to an exquisite gala dinner inspired by Federico Fellini’s iconic film La Dolce Vita.
You can look forward to:
- A festive atmosphere recreating Italian charm
- Special host of the evening – Leo Bianchi
- Musical performances by the talented Jacqueline Tarakchi, Ivaylo Kolev, and ballet dancers
- A five-course gala dinner inspired by the flavors of Italy
- A refined selection of elegant drinks
The highlight of the evening will be a five-step gastronomic experience:
- Salad with burrata, truffle cream, and colorful cherry tomatoes
- Temptations such as scallops with potato espuma or foie gras Milanese-style
- Classic truffle risotto or fresh “Cacio e Pepe” ravioli
- Choice of beef fillet with a crispy crust or salmon with fennel, butter-lemon sauce with caviar, and orange salad
- Lavish dessert buffet featuring tiramisu, cannoli, affogato, panettone, fresh fruits, and other sweet delights
For our little guests, we have prepared a special children’s menu with Italian touches.
At midnight, we will toast with champagne and break the traditional banitsa with fortunes. The dinner also includes a beverage package: a welcome glass of prosecco, half a bottle of wine of your preference, choice of 50 ml vodka, whiskey, or a small beer, and unlimited soft drinks.
