Actor, entrepreneur, and investor Ryan Reynolds will be among the key speakers at Impact Bucharest 2026, one of the leading business and ideas forums in Southeast Europe. The event, presented by Mastercard, will take place on 29–30 September 2026 and will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from across the region.
Globally known for his role in the Deadpool franchise, Reynolds has also built a strong profile beyond the film industry. He is a co-owner of Aviation American Gin, a key investor in Mint Mobile, and a co-founder of the creative company Maximum Effort, recognized for its fast, real-time approach to brand communication often referred to as fastvertising.
At Impact Bucharest 2026, Reynolds will share insights from his experience across film, business, and the creative industries, focusing on leadership, decision-making, and creativity in high-pressure and fast-changing environments. He is also known for openly discussing how anxiety has shaped his preparation, resilience, and leadership style – an increasingly relevant perspective in today’s business context.
Impact is an established European platform for economic debate, innovation, and leadership, bringing together influential voices from business, politics, and culture since 2016. Previous editions of the forum have featured internationally recognized speakers such as Michelle Obama, former First Lady of the United States, and Erin Meyer, a leading expert on organizational culture. The 2026 edition in Bucharest is expected to be the largest to date, welcoming approximately 2,000 participants from Southeast Europe and across the continent.
