The AmCham Unlock Your Power Project, part of the EmpowerHer Program dedicated to women’s empowerment, is progressing steadily as it nears its conclusion. This six-month pro-bono coaching project, designed by member companies for member companies, supports aspiring and current leaders in their personal and professional development.
On February 25th, 2026, coaches and coachees gathered for a lively networking and catch-up session. The event combined staged and free-style interactions where participants shared their progress, experiences, and valuable feedback. The project is led by Zlatina Kushklieva from HR Consulting Partners and Victoria Vakova from MSD Bulgaria.
The event was kindly hosted by HPE, where Todor Jekov, Senior Director of Global Spares Planning & Parts Management, welcomed the community and expressed his best wishes for the successful completion of the project.
The second edition of Unlock You Power kicked off in 2025, starting with introductions and coach selection in September, followed by matching and connection meetings through October. Now, in the midst of coaching sessions running November through March 2026, 47 coaches and 48 coachees are actively engaged, working together for up to six hours each to foster leadership development and personal growth.
Coachees have shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, praising the project as a valuable and life-changing opportunity. Many highlighted how coaching provided clarity, confidence, and practical guidance that helped them navigate challenges and pursue their goals with renewed motivation.
Looking ahead, the project will conclude in April 2026, marking the culmination of a transformative journey for both coaches and coachees. The Unlock Your Power Project continues to demonstrate the vital role of coaching in empowering leaders and fostering a supportive, growth-focused community within AmCham.
