Last week, our early career development project RiseToShine welcomed two groups of visitors in a single day.

On Friday, May 8, 2026, the first team of volunteers – Irena Bushandrova, Ivelina Panamska, and Simona Mihaylova – met with about 40 students from 97th High School “Bratia Miladinovi” in the Lyulin neighborhood of Sofia. The volunteers shared that they were pleased with the engaging discussion sparked by the active students. Additionally, at the teachers’ request, they conducted two role-playing exercises involving interviews – one showcasing a negative example and the other a positive one.

In the afternoon, our second R2S team visited the Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Automation in Sofia. Boyka Docheva, Chartered MCIPD, Violeta Karanacheva-Tsvetanova, Silviya Kamenarova, and once again Irena Bushandrova spoke to about 100 students who had been engaged by our colleagues.
