Best Employers Awarded the Companies Setting the Standards for Engagement, Leadership and Sustainable Workplace Culture in Bulgaria.

For another consecutive year, Best Employers Bulgaria brought together companies, business leaders and HR professionals united by a shared belief that people, trust and organizational culture are at the core of sustainable business success.

Best Employers Bulgaria, a trademark initiative developed and organized by ARS Bulgaria for more than 15 years, is built upon an in-depth employee engagement survey, where employees themselves evaluate the organizational environment, leadership, trust and overall workplace experience within their companies. Through their feedback, employees are the ones who define which organizations truly deserve to be recognized as Best Employers.

In a time of rapid transformation, technological change and the growing impact of AI on the workplace, this year’s edition focused on trust, leadership and the human side of organizations.

During the event, Rumyana Boseva, Managing Partner at ARS Bulgaria, presented key insights and trends related to employee engagement and the evolving expectations towards employers. Adrian Todorov, CCO & CMO at ARS Bulgaria, highlighted the role of HR and organizational culture as strategic drivers of resilience, long-term growth and sustainable business performance.

A special highlight of the evening was the panel discussion with leaders of the awarded companies, who shared real examples, challenges and successful practices in building engaged and successful teams.
