Accenture has appointed Tsvetomira Hristova as Country Managing Director for Bulgaria, marking the next chapter in the company’s continued growth and transformation in the market.

Hristova succeeds Kyriacos Sabatakakis, who led Accenture Bulgaria for eleven years, during which the business has grown to more than 1,700 professionals.

Tsvetomira Hristova brings extensive leadership experience across operations and digital transformation. She joined Accenture in 2020 following the acquisition of N3 and has since held senior leadership roles, most recently as Bulgaria Operations Lead and EMEA Digital Inside Sales Lead. professionals across Europe.

Known for combining analytical rigor with human-centered leadership, Hristova has played a key role in building scalable delivery models and positioning teams as strategic partners to clients on their reinvention journeys.
