PwC’s Academy is pleased to announce the next edition of its Executive Program in Mergers & Acquisitions. Designed for senior executives, business owners, investors, and advisors, the program provides a practical overview of the full M&A lifecycle, covering the strategic, tax, legal, accounting, and financial considerations involved in acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings.

Participants will gain a broader understanding of transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, tax and legal considerations, and the financial implications of deal-related decisions. The modules may be attended individually or as a complete program.
