In 2025, AmCham Bulgaria proudly marks its 30^th Anniversary – a milestone representing three decades of unwavering dedication to improving Bulgaria’s investment climate, fostering business collaboration, and contributing to society. Over the years, AmCham has championed the rule of law, human capital, education, energy, and healthcare, all thanks to the invaluable support of its members.

Now the time has come! We are thrilled to invite you to the 30^th Anniversary Gala Reception of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria – an evening of celebration, reflection, and recognition. This awaited glamorous and emotional event is scheduled for June 5^th, 2025, at the National Museum of History.

This milestone celebration will honor three decades of achievements, paying tribute to our long-standing members and the visionaries who laid the foundation for AmCham Bulgaria in the mid-90s of the 20th Century.

Under the motto “United for the Future,” our anniversary celebrations will extend throughout the year, highlighting the people, events, and milestones that have shaped our Chamber’s reputation and impact—both in Bulgaria, the EU, and the U.S.

• Live Music Performance by Hilda Kazasyan Band

Hilda Kazasyan Quintet

We are honored to welcome the Hilda Kazasyan Jazz Quintet for a special musical performance during the event.

Hilda Kazasyan, one of Bulgaria’s most cherished jazz vocalists, will take the stage alongside an ensemble of acclaimed musicians. With a career that began in childhood and flourished across Europe and Japan – including a performance at the renowned Blue Note in Tokyo – Hilda brings both rich tradition and global acclaim to every note.

She will be joined by:

• Hristo Yotsov – Drums, mallets; a multi-award-winning percussionist, composer, and professor at the National Academy of Music
• Jivko Petrov – Piano; a leading figure in modern Bulgarian jazz and founder of the JP3 Trio
• Mihail Yossifov – Trumpet; internationally celebrated performer and longtime collaborator of Pink Martini
• Dimitar Karamfilov – Bass; a versatile jazz bassist and composer known for fusing folk influences with modern jazz

Their performance promises to bring a sophisticated and memorable musical highlight to the event.

Spectrum Vocal Band

We are delighted to welcome Spectrum Vocal Band for a special a cappella performance at AmCham’s 30th Anniversary celebration.

Founded in 2012, Spectrum is a five-member Bulgarian vocal group known for their unique fusion of pop, jazz, and traditional Bulgarian folk music. Their rich harmonies and innovative arrangements have earned them acclaim on major stages in Bulgaria and across Europe, as well as a successful tour in Canada in 2023.

The group has collaborated with top Bulgarian jazz, classical, and pop artists, and in 2018, opened for the legendary Manhattan Transfer in Sofia. Their album Singerprints (2021) was honored with the prestigious Crystal Lyre Award and received two CARA nominations.

Their performance will bring an elegant and contemporary sound to this special evening.
