GENERAL ASSEMBLY

on September 20, 2023, starting at 9:00 a.m.

at Novotel Sofia, located at 115N, Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., 1784 Sofia

Agenda

1. Approval of the Annual report of the Board of Directors for 2022
2. Confirmation of Appointed Registered Auditor for 2022
3. Examination and Approval of the Chamber’s Financial Statements for 2022 and Adoption of the Budget for 2023

If a quorum is not achieved, in compliance with article (X), section (B), paragraph (7) of the Statutes of the Chamber, the General Assembly will take place the same day at 10:00 a.m., at the same place, under the same agenda.

All AmCham members are invited to attend the Assembly. Only legal representatives of member companies and duly authorized individuals by virtue of a Power of Attorney have the right to vote. One person can represent not more than 1 (one) Member at the General Assembly via a Power of Attorney. No re-authorization is allowed. Powers of Attorney should be sent to the Chamber not later than 1 business day prior to the date of the General Assembly. You may find a template of a Power of Attorney below under Resources.

Please make sure you have duly paid your pending membership fees prior to the General Assembly in order to take part in the event and be able to vote.  Payment of the membership fee is a primary obligation of each member expressly laid down by the Statutes of the Chamber.
