AmCham Business Breakfast with the Prime Minister

On September 21st, 2026, AmCham Bulgaria hosted a business breakfast with Prime Minister Rumen Radev and members of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria. The event highlighted a number of key areas among the Chamber’s many priorities: the investment climate and business environment, the rule of law and digitalization, healthcare and energy, innovation and education, and others.

Participating in the Chamber’s traditional format for institutional dialogue were Alexander Pulev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Investment, and Industry; Ivan Vassilev, Minister of Innovation and Digital Transformation; Nikolay Naydenov, Minister of Justice; Lyubomira Gancheva, Deputy Minister of Energy; and Hristo Polendakov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; as well as nearly the entire Chamber Board, led by Tomi Ver Elst, President, Stanislava Taneva, First Vice President; Borislav Dimitrov, Second Vice President; and Ivan Mihaylov, Chief Executive Officer.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria is organizing its traditional high-profile Business Breakfast with the Prime Minister and Representatives of the Bulgarian Government, which will be held at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, starting 9:00.

At these events, the Chamber presents its priorities, outlines the key moments of achievements in the U.S.-Bulgaria economic relationship, delivers messages for improvement of the bilateral ties. We aim to engage further with the current government by having the Prime Minister, and key Ministers in a structured, factual, and result-oriented discussion with our members.
