AmCham Energy and Mineral Resources Committee Meeting, June 9, 2021
On June 9, 2021, the AmCham Energy and Mineral Resources Committee held a virtual meeting via video conference on the following topics:
- Discussion on the creation of a White Paper on energy and mining matters for engagement with the next government
- Update on the upcoming 3Seas Initiative Summit in Sofia with a focus on the energy track
- Update on the Green Deal Task Force and its next steps.
Olivier Marquette, Energy and Mineral Resources Committee Co-Chair and AmCham Bulgaria President spoke about the idea of creating a White Paper on energy and mining matters for engagement with the new government.
“As always when there is a new government coming, it’s a perfect opportunity to bring content and bring points to shape the strategy of the government. AmCham has definitely a role to play in this,” stated the AmCham Bulgaria President.
