The meeting will be kindly hosted by Ernst & Young Bulgaria EOOD, and will take place at their office, located at Polygraphia Office Centre, 47A, Tsarigradsko Shausse Blvd., Fl. 4.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting will start promptly at 10:00 a.m.

What To Expect

The rules around environmental claims to consumers have changed significantly. Claims such as “eco-friendly,” “green” and “sustainable” may now be considered unfair commercial practices unless they are properly substantiated and supported by evidence.

What does this mean in practice for businesses using green claims on packaging and labels, in advertising, product names and other consumer-facing communications?

The meeting will focus on the new rules of the Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition Directive.
