About Best Employers Bulgaria

Best Employers Bulgaria is an employee engagement survey and certification program that we, in ARS Bulgaria, have been executing for more than 17 years. The survey is carried out in partnership with the global company Kincentric, which utilizes a 30-year-old methodology for inspecting employees’ opinion on all engaging and retaining factors of the work environment.

The engagement survey allows employers to fully inspect engagement and satisfaction levels, optimize their HR process in accordance with employees’ expectations, and ultimately retain their workforce and obtain the best talent that is out there.
