We are pleased to invite you to be part of the 26th HR Weekend!

We have traditionally prepared the most up-to-date topics and issues in the field of human resources in Bulgaria and we invite you to discuss them together and to share good practices. Last but not least, we hope to meet you all and share the warm emotion of a warm, summer HR Weekend.

With its informal and friendly environment, the event has established itself as a tradition in the calendar of the HR community in Bulgaria. This year the host of the meeting will be the cool and quiet town of Tryavna.

This year we will focus on three themes. The first is a discussion on 20th of June and will be linked to the report “Long-term and Medium-Term Forecasts for Labor Market Development and Future Labor Demand and Offering in Bulgaria” developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We will talk about how to read the report’s data and how to use it strategically in our future plans. Moderator of the discussion will be Gergana Rakovska, chairman of the Business Foundation for Education. Later in the day, guests will be able to exchange views on the subject of HR measurement – what we measure in our work and how it helps us analyze, plan, and justify our managers. Stoyan Ganev (Manager of Audit Advice Associates) and Hristo Stoyanov (Artemis Human Resources Director OOD) will launch the discussion. No less of the program for June 20 is devoted to networking activity – what exactly will it be, we will keep secret until then!

By program, we set the spot of this year’s HR Weekend on June 21 with a discussion on performance evaluation and practical aspects. What mistakes we make most often and how to avoid them will be discussed with Hristo Tsvetkov, Director of Human Resources Global Operations Europe at Sensata Technologies.

The meeting will surely be filled with lots of dating, pleasant emotions and sharing of good practices. The program is here.
