Helios Power is a Bulgarian shareholding company incorporated in the year 2000. It is an investment, management and consultancy company, specialized in development of investment projects in the field of renewable energy sources (RES). Helios Power has incorporated a number of SPV companies and each of them developed and is currently operating photovoltaic project in Bulgaria altogether totalling to almost 20 MWp capacity, as well as two hydropower production units. Besides that, the company is holding several packages of shares in companies and joint ventures, specialized in different activities: general and investment consultancy, energy, construction, financial brokerage, etc.
