ITOWER DEVELOPMENT EAD is a special purpose vehicle for the development or Itower Marriott Sofia project which will be a mixed use project consisting of the first 5 star Marriott hotel in Sofia, luxury residences, office and retail space. Currently the project is under development is envisaged to open in 2025.
