Porsche BG is a subsidiary of the Austrian holding company Porsche Salzburg, the largest and most successful automotive distributor in Europe. The Salzburg-based company was founded in 1947 and operates in 21 countries throughout Europe, as well as in Colombia, Chile, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. PHS is  a 100 % subsidiary of Volkswagen AG since 2011. Porsche BG started operating as importer of VW passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and Audi in 2004.
